(IRVING, TX and TAMPA, FL) – Elite365 Family of Brands (‘Elite365’), a national provider of healthcare workforce solutions with numerous staffing brands and service offerings, is honored to announce the appointment of Ashley Eagon as Senior Vice President of Travel Division. This newly created leadership role is designed to support the company’s continued rapid growth following the recent acquisition of Focus Staff™. Beginning in Q2 2026, Eagon will oversee Focus Staff and Critical Connection, Inc. (CCI), uniting the two staffing organizations as Elite365’s travel division. Together, these brands will expand Elite365’s travel therapy, allied, and nursing opportunities for clinicians and strengthen staffing solutions for healthcare facilities nationwide.
Elite365 leadership emphasized that Eagon’s operational expertise will play a critical role in supporting the company’s evolving portfolio. Known for driving operational effectiveness and building high-performing teams, she will focus on aligning systems, optimizing processes, and accelerating clinician and client success across both brands.

Founded in 2009, Focus Staff is a Joint Commission–certified healthcare staffing agency that provides contingent travel nursing and allied health professionals to facilities in all 50 states. Travel opportunities span across imaging, therapy, laboratory, respiratory care, cardiovascular specialties, and other allied disciplines, along with travel nursing and support roles. Throughout her career, Ashley has taken on progressively broader responsibilities in staffing operations, including leading teams across account management and supplier engagement, managing the integration of new teams post-acquisition, and driving organizational change management. This blend of people leadership and change execution positions her well to oversee two brands and unify them operationally.
With Eagon’s appointment, Elite365 Family of Brands continues to strengthen its leadership bench while investing in infrastructure that supports sustainable, nationwide growth across all service lines.
