GET TO KNOW KIMBERLY GRIMES, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Tell us about the career journey that brought you to Elite365.
I was fortunate enough to join the Elite365 family when the previous rehabilitation center I worked for was scheduled to close. The medical field was something I was always interested in being a part of. One of the biggest things that appealed to me about this company was the ability to get in on the ground floor. I love the opportunity to not only help build the company, but to grow with this company! This is something I strive for every single day.
How many years have you been in the Recruiting Industry?
10+ years – most of which have been in the medical and aviation field.
What was your first job?
My first job was at the original Palm Beach Mall at a woman’s clothing store called Rave.
Tell us one fun fact about you that you’d like people to know.
One fun fact about me is that if I am not working, I’m probably playing bingo!
What is your home state?
I’m from Florida.
What is your favorite activity outside of work?
I am the captain of a co-ed kickball team. I also love axe throwing, kayaking, and bingo with my dogs on the weekends.
Do you prefer salty or sweet?
I prefer sweet!
What is your favorite beverage?
Non-alcoholic shirley temple drinks with my daughter on the beach!
Do you have a favorite sports team?
Of course, I do! I love football and my favorite team is the Indianapolis Colts!
Do you have a favorite TV show?
Anything on Investigation Discovery.
Do you have any pets?
I have a tribe of animals! I have five dogs – one greyhound, two whippets, one husky, one Staffordshire terrier – plus two cats and two birds. Also, one child!
Who are your favorite musical artists?
I can listen to just about anything from Fleetwood Mac to Eminem to Ed Sheeran. I love all types of music!
What would you like to say about your experience working at Elite365?
One of the many things about my experience working at Elite365 is the endless amount of talent in this company. Each department has very brilliant and highly experienced people that I have been fortunate to learn from and work with. We have been fortunate enough to become an Elite365 family. We never stop learning!
