Carolina Araya, Growth Management Leader, Joins Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions as Chief Operating Officer
(IRVING, TX and TAMPA, FL) – Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions, (“Elite365”) a rapidly expanding national provider of healthcare staffing services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolina Araya as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Carolina will lead continued integration efforts across Elite365’s existing divisions, oversee day-to-day operations of the organization, foster a collaborative workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure that growth strategies are effectively executed.

Carolina brings nearly 25 years of experience creating holistic business strategies in healthcare staffing, with a key focus on streamlining operations and driving sales. Prior to Elite365, Carolina held the role of Senior Vice President, Revenue Operations at AMN Healthcare. Within her role, she was focused on integrating technology for the sales team, delivering client-facing dashboards, and growing revenue through cross-selling and organic client acquisitions. Carolina also has proven success in acquisitions – an integral part of Elite365’s growth strategy. A key driver of Carolina’s success with acquisitions is her ability to identify and retain top talent from acquired organizations.
