Meet the Expert: Frankie Farrar-Helm, Director of Enterprise Marketing

GET TO KNOW FRANKIE FARRAR-HELM

Tell us about the career journey that brought you to Elite365.

I graduated with a BA in Public Relations, and started with media buying and writing press releases in the firearms industry. I had the opportunity to partner with more than 100 media outlets across the globe and travel to all the big trade shows like SHOT Show, NRA, etc. I took pride excelling in an industry that is 95% male dominated. My immense passion and hard work allowed me to quickly expand my areas of knowledge, and because of this, I was able to achieve success in different industries throughout my career such as finance, real estate, logistics and supply chain, and healthcare staffing. My current role entails marketing to both providers and clients; i.e. B2C and B2B; so it never gets boring. I love what I do, and even though I have a proven track record in almost every marketing discipline – whether it’s web development, graphic design, product launches, mobile apps, or multi-channel campaigns – I still have a lot to learn. The learning never stops at Elite365!

How many years have you been doing marketing?

I’ve been doing marketing for 13 years.

How many years have you worked in the recruiting Industry?

I have worked in the healthcare staffing space for six years.

Tell us one fun fact about you that you’d like people to know.

I’m very proud of my Czechslovak heritage!

What is your home state?

I’m from Texas.

What is your favorite activity outside of work?

I am shamelessly regarded as the office dog creeper. I try to volunteer at the local animal shelter when I can and enjoy baking dog treats like birthday cakes, cookies, pupcakes, etc. I’ve also hosted numerous meetups at the dog park with more than 100 dogs!

Do you have a favorite sports team?

Go Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers!

Do you have a favorite TV show?

X-Files. Best. Show. Everrrrr.

Do you have any children or pets?

I am a proud mom of a 5-year-old golden retriever! Luka is my best friend, therapist, co-pilot, and main man. I take him everywhere! Yes… I cook his food. And, yes, he has his own bedroom.

Who are your favorite musical artists?

I am very eclectic. I like anything from 90s country or 80s rock n’ roll to Morgan Wallen, Karol G, or Taylor Swift.

What would you like to say about your experience working at Elite365?

I’ve worked in many fast-paced organizations from 30 employees to 7,000 employees, but not one that has grown as quickly and successfully as Elite365 has. My role supports all divisions enterprise wide, which has led to so many amazing relationships and exciting projects. I’ve had the pleasure of learning more about the healthcare staffing industry. Lastly, Elite365 has given me full creative freedom and has allowed me to spearhead some fascinating martech initiatives. Not all marketers can say they work for an organization where they always have a voice, can share their ideas and suggestion, or work in an environment where they can truly tap into their creative thinking. This past year has been a wonderful experience! Now I just need to make Luka the brand ambassador! 😉
