Unsubscribe Options
If you wish to unsubscribe from promotional communications please contact us via email at info@elite365.com. Alternatively, all communications we send offer ways to opt out directly. Follow the instructions below to opt out of each communication separately.
SMS OPT-OUT
You may opt-out and remove your phone number from additional messages by sending “STOP” to the SMS text message you have received. You will receive a STOP confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association.
EMAIL OPT-OUT
You may unsubscribe directly from any promotional email message. All promotional messages include an easily accessible link to unsubscribe from future messages and manage your email subscription options. This link can be found at the bottom of each email.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Elite365 to deliver marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, the date and time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
