Frankie Farrar-Helm is our Director of Enterprise Marketing with 13 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, product launches, and campaign management. She has worked in the healthcare staffing arena for six years. We sat down to interview Thalia to learn about her professional background and what ignites her passion. It’s clear she loves what she does!

How many years have you been in healthcare staffing?
Eleven years and counting!
Tell us about your career journey.
I bring over a decade of experience in the healthcare staffing industry, beginning with a career in the Locum Tenens sector. Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience in Travel Nursing and Allied Health before returning to my roots in Locum Tenens. Over the years, I’ve held individual contributor and leadership roles in account management, recruitment, and business development, but I always find myself drawn back to recruiting! I genuinely love the art of connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities, helping them grow their careers while supporting our clients in delivering exceptional healthcare. There’s something incredibly rewarding about the impact we make, ensuring quality care reaches the patients who need it most. I’m thrilled to be back in the recruiting world and excited to collaborate with my team, learn from them, and continue making a difference together.
Tell us about your experience working at Elite365.
My experience at Elite365 has been truly amazing so far! The team has been incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a valued part of the organization from day one. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with such a supportive group. What sets Elite365 apart from other companies I’ve worked for is the strong sense of collaboration. What is your home city/state/country?
I was born in Lima, Peru. I have lived in Dallas, Texas since 2002.
Tell us about yourself outside of work.
I am a first-time mom to an almost three-year-old toddler boy. He is the boss of our home, and keeps my husband and I very busy! My favorite hobbies include traveling and cooking. My dream vacation destinations are Croatia and Greece!
If you had to describe Elite365 in one word, what would it be?
How about two words? Silent assassin… Because we are small but nimble and have a phenomenal team with incredible experience. We are going places. Before everyone knows it, Elite365 will be at the top!
