President of Therapy

Before founding Critical Connection, Inc. in 2004, Telly served in the United States Marine Corps. His entrepreneurial spirit, no nonsense business ethics, and advocacy for therapists have helped CCI become one of the country’s largest therapy staffing agencies. Now partnered with Elite365, Telly is looking forward to continued expansion nationwide.

Heidi has 25 years of medical staffing experience with over 13 years devoted to the placements of therapists. She has developed long-standing partnerships in a variety of healthcare settings that range from small, private practices to large, multi-billion-dollar healthcare systems throughout the United States.
