- How much is the referral bonus? You can earn up to $2,000*!
- How do I become eligible? Anyone that has worked with Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions can refer a friend. To qualify, the clinician you refer must be new to Elite365, meaning he or she has not worked an assignment with us before and must complete a full locums assignment. See Terms and Conditions below. Final eligibility is determined by Elite365.
- How many referrals can I submit? There are no limits to the number of referrals you can make, so the more friends you refer, the more you can earn. However, a new provider being referred to Elite365 can only be referred once.

*Eligibility
- Referred clinicians must be either a licensed physician, dentist, or APP (nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or CRNA) and must be based in the United States.
- This program is not available outside of the United States, and excludes Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- In order to qualify, the referred provider must not have an active relationship with Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions the time of referral. A provider is considered to have an active relationship if they have:
- Worked an assignment for Elite365 within the past year.
- Applied for a position, submitted credentials, or completed an application within the past year.
- Had direct communication via phone, email, or SMS with an Elite365 recruiter within the past year.
- The referred provider must begin contract work within one year of being referred for the referral to be valid.
- If a provider is in our database but has not engaged in any of the ways listed above for one year or more, the referral will be eligible, pending the referral payment terms (below) are met.
*Referral Program Restrictions and Revisions
- A referred provider may only be referred once. The qualifying referral bonus will be awarded to the first person who submits the referral, as determined by the verified date of form submission.
- Elite365 reserves the right to determine referral eligibility based on tracking data, submission records, and provider confirmation.
*Referral Bonus Payment Terms
- Referral bonus amounts vary by job title as shown above. The person that refers a clinician can earn the following amounts based on the category:
- Physician = $2,000
- Dentist = $1,500
- Advanced Practice Provider = $1,000
- The clinician that is referred to Elite365 must complete a minimum of 20 days (eight-hour days, totaling 160 hours of work) in order for the referring party to receive his or her bonus.
- A completed W9 form is required by the referring party to receive payment.
- The referral bonus payment will be sent via direct deposit.
